Mini Frozen Scones (sold by 2 dozen)
Our classic scones, but frozen and mini! One flavor per 2 dozen scones
To bake Wild Sweet Williams Scones:
Remove from freezer and place 6 scones (12 mini's) on parchment paper lined (or greased) baking sheet. Thaw scones at room temperature. Thaw 10-20 minutes until scones are no longer frozen solid, but still cold and firm.
Set oven to 325*
Bake scones 35-40ish minutes, rotating pans after 15 minutes.
Baking times vary, but scones are done when golden on bottom and just firm to the touch.
Let scones rest on pan for 5 minutes.
